Food Risk Management and COVID-19
During this period of evolving responses to the coronavirus pandemic, schools make their decisions about food management based on the available information (AHPPC Statement) and their assessment of risk. With regards food, AHPPC advice states: “Everyone must practise good hygiene to protect against infection and prevent the spread of COVID-19” by “not sharing food or drink”.
