Image courtesy of School Bus ServicesThis important information is for all parents and carers of students currently utilising the school bus. Please note, if you are attempting to change details relating to:

  • Year 6
  • Custodial Issues
  • Student Details (Including Family Address/School/Pickup & Drop-Off/ Attendance); or
  • Student Medical Information, Condition or Behaviour

If your child is completing year 6, they will automatically be exited from their allocated school bus service. You will not need to contact us.

If you are making any changes to your existing application (as per those listed above) you will need to complete a new application form for Transport Assistance to enable School Bus Services to assess and determine if your change of circumstances has affected your current entitlement for Transport Assistance.

Applications close Friday 26th November 2021 but it is recommended you complete as soon as possible in order to secure a place. Applications submitted after this date may experience a delay for commencement of Term 1, 2022.

The School Bus Service is independent from the school. We will endeavour to assist you where possible with your application if you are unable to submit online yourself but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee to meet your expected timeframe for this. We will require information from you in order to complete an online application on your behalf. Your patience in this regard is appreciated. You will need to allow 10 days for Transperth to process your application once it has been submitted.

The Application for Transport Assistance can be found via the following link - https://www.schoolbuses.wa.gov.au/TransportAssistance/OnlineServices/ApplicationForTransportAssistance.aspx or by going onto www.schoolbuses.wa.gov.au and clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button. Once submitted, please take note of your reference number.
