Riverside Celebrates 20 Years

On Friday 30th October Riverside Primary Schools celebrated it’s 20th birthday (1995 – 2015). The day was full of fun events including a picnic for families then games were played around the school grounds. A special assembly was held with stories told from past and present students and the whole school sang songs. A large cake was cut and each classroom ate cupcakes which were made by a parent of each class. Finally, a large paving block was presented from both schools, to commemorate the occasion.
