Truth, Pride and Friendship

Reconciliation Day

Riverside ESC recognises Reconciliation Day with activities at the school. On the morning of the 26th May each class will participate in an activity aimed at giving the students an increased awareness of Aboriginal culture. This year, students will be invited to create a t-shirt design on paper.

In the afternoon we will join Riverside Primary to watch a dance group from a local primary school.

Although Reconciliation Day is celebrated this year on 28th May in WA, the school will mark the day on the 26th May.
